After my 2012 Thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail, my life was changed forever. The challenge of big adventure had me hooked. I soon set a goal of sailing alone and without stopping around the world. In 2017-18, I did just that! Since then, I have taken my podcast aboard my Westsail32 as well as in my everyday life. The shows are a mix of my own past experiences along with interviews of everyday people that have a seemingly endless number of stories themselves. Today I get into the week I spent down in Florida helping Marc and Steph sort out there new Westsail 32. The first part of the show I go through the lesson plan that we used for the week and then Marc and I talk about how things went and the short history of how they found the boat and what adventures they will be aiming for in the future. Well we are recording back where it all started, the hills of Walloon Lake in Michigan. I will be here all summer working with the Watersports Center that I Directed back in my 20's. It's an interesting job for sure and the work will be challenging but also very rewarding. Sometime we need to circle back in life and that is just what I have done. Thanks for listening.

I figured I would do a little recording will in transit through the Intracoastal. Sparrow is a blue water boat but every so often I have to get down into the Pilotage and navigation along the coast. It was nice to see something new and somehow went off without a hitch.
